Individual Coaching Programs
If you aren't willing to

Pre-requisites:
To qualify as a participant
in Mike's Personal Mastery™ Coaching Program,
you must meet the
following pre-requisites.
Step 1:
Submit an application that includes achievement objectives, personal commitment
statements, and biographical data which are indicative of a successful coaching
relationship along with contact information. There is an application fee which
will
be applied to the program fee if you are accepted for coaching. Should you
not
be accepted into the program at this point, or decide that you do not wish to
continue, we will de-brief
you and possibly suggest an alternative path forward
for you. In any event, application fees are non-refundable.

Virtual Group coaching for selected graduates of
various Stewart Sales Dynamics training programs
Step 2:
Complete our Performance Battery of on-line assessment instruments (up to $495 value) with
satisfactory results. The non-refundable application fee will be
applied to the program
fee if you are accepted for coaching. Should you
not
be accepted at this point, we will de-brief you and possibly suggest an
alternative path
forward for you.
Step 3:
Be accepted as a viable candidate by Stewart & Stewart, Inc. and
selected as
a Personal Mastery™ Coaching Client. Stewart & Stewart,
Inc., in
its sole discretion,
will make judgment as to the likelihood that
an applicant
will fit in well with the coaching requirements and will
relate well enough with
Mike Stewart, Registered Corporate Coach,
to create a professional relationship
that has a reasonable probability
of yielding acceptable coaching results.
Coaching sessions will be
about forty-five minutes to one hour in duration. You will
be encouraged to maintain performance and
achievement records during the
coaching program. No written reports will be
rendered by Stewart & Stewart,
Inc.
Individual Coaching Fees:
Diamond
Level High Income/High Net
Worth Individuals
$6,000 for 13 week program.
Following the program period, you may continue on a month-to-month basis
@
$750 per month, two sessions per month.
If you discontinue coaching, you may restart for $800 for the first month and
$750 per month, thereafter.
Platinum
Level Sales Managers and
Other Mid-Level Managers
$4,000 for 13 week program.
Following the program period, you may continue on a month-to-month basis

$500 per month, two sessions per month.
If you discontinue coaching, you may restart for $600 for the first month and
$500 per month, thereafter.
Gold
Level Salespeople and
Other High Achievers
$3,000 for 13 week program.
Following the program period, you may continue on a month-to-month basis

Virtual Group Coaching
Programs
Participate with
your peers in a high-intensity coaching program designed to
share and
take advantage of each member's personal experience and individual
strengths. These telephone coaching sessions are fully participatory and
encourage each member to set and achieve their own goals. Significant
measurable progress is expected to insure that achievable results are
realized
and that each member experiences noteworthy growth. Virtual coaching
group
size: Minimum 4; maximum 7 participants per group.
Pre-requisites:
To qualify as a
participant in a Virtual Coaching Group, an applicant must have: 1.
Completed a Mike Stewart Sales Dynamics training program, or similar
experiential event, such as a planning program or retreat, with the
other
members of the group.
2. Submitted an application that includes objectives, personal
commitment
statements, and biographical data which is satisfactory
to Stewart &
Stewart, Inc. along with contact information
3. Completed certain behavioral assessment instruments provided by
Stewart
& Stewart, Inc.
4. Been judged as a viable candidate by Stewart & Stewart,
Inc. and selected
to participate in a specific Virtual Coaching Group.
Stewart & Stewart, Inc.,
in it's sole discretion, will make judgment
as to the likelihood that an applicant
will fit in well with a
particular Virtual
Coaching Group, and will relate with Mike Stewart,
Registered Corporate Coach,
well enough to create a professional
relationship that has a reasonable probability
of yielding
acceptable coaching results.
Individual Coaching Group Format:
Virtual Coaching
Groups meet with Mike Stewart via telephone on the following schedule: -
Initiation
Meeting one week prior to Coaching Meeting #1 -
Coaching
Meetings #1 through #7 at two week intervals following the Initiation
Meeting
Sales managers and
other executives, as may be appropriate, are encouraged to sit
in on
these sessions from time to time when invited by Stewart & Stewart,
Inc.'s coach
Coaching sessions
will be about one hour in duration. Client and coaching participants
will be strongly encouraged to maintain performance and achievement
records during
the coaching program. No written reports will be rendered
by Stewart & Stewart, Inc.
Silver Level
Sales Managers

$2,000
per person for 13 week program, Minimum 4/Maximum 7 per group.
Following
